What is your job title and description of what you do?
I started working at Riverside in January. I am a Paraprofessional and work with the 5th grade. I provide help to students with class work and testing. I help out in any way I can in the classroom and I also help out with 5th/6th grade recess and lunch.
Family?
I am the oldest out of three brothers. Dylyn is a senior this year, Maddax is a 6th grader and Preston is a 4th grader. I live with my mom and dad, three brothers and my dog Mylee.
Hobbies?
Golfing is probably one of my favorite things to do, so whenever I have time I love to get out and golf. I also love to coach, and I have coached Freshman and assisted Varsity basketball the past two years at Riverside. I have also coached the 5th/6th grade basketball team this year and the goal is to continue coaching and help the athletes reach their full potential.
Favorites?
Some of my favorites are hanging out with family and friends, coaching and golfing. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because of all the food and the time I get to spend with family.
Best Co-workers why?
I can’t pick a favorite Co-worker because everyone here is amazing and very helpful. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand when needed and the atmosphere is amazing working with people who are so helpful and caring. The 5th/6th grade teachers and intervention specialists I work with on a daily basis are awesome to work with and they help me be the best employee I can be.
What is it about Riverside that makes you want to stay a Pirate?
Riverside has given me the opportunity to coach and they put their trust in me to do that at a young age. The community and people I work with makes working at Riverside an honor. I appreciate all the people I work with and those who help me grow and learn everyday.

Elementary Yearbooks for sale!!! If you missed out on ordering a yearbook there are a few left. $24 each , payable to Riverside Local School.

6th grade students are planning their cross-country road trip from Washington D.C. to California. They must plan their route and answer three math questions for each state they travel through. However, if they get their questions incorrect, it results in a flat tire on their journey. Students must answer a question to "fix" their flat tire.

K,1,2 FIELD DAY tomorrow 🎉🏃♀️🏃♂️💨 please make sure kids wear tennis shoes-Thanks!

Beginning in summer 2024, Ohio has the opportunity to participate in a new federal permanent program called the Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (Summer EBT), also known as SUN Bucks, that provides cash grocery benefits to households with children who qualify for free or reduced-price meals. The Summer EBT program provides children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. Each eligible child will receive a one-time $120 benefit for the summer. All free or reduced-price meal certified students who have access to the National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program qualify for the benefit. You can apply for free or reduced-price meals at any time during the school year and this year’s application has the added Summer EBT benefit. Complete a Summer EBT application at sebt.ohio.gov for benefit consideration. Applying for SEBT is a breeze! The application process is designed to be fast, simple, and stress-free. From start to finish, you can complete the entire process in just a few minutes. If any of the following are true for your school aged student on or after July 1, 2023, your student will already receive Summer EBT. You do not need to apply if you are:
Currently on or were on SNAP
Currently on or were on Ohio Works First (OWF)
Currently on or were on Medicaid and your household income would qualify the student for free or reduced-price meals
Was certified for free or reduced-price meals at school in school year 2023-2024
