*JH Girls Basketball: Summer Open Gym*
Starting on Tuesday, June 10, there will be open gym for any girls that will be in 7th and 8th grade that are planning to play basketball next school year.
Open gym for JH girls basketball will be every Tuesday from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm in the HS gym through the end of July.

Classmates and friends of Jackson Scott are invited to gather at the flagpole in front of the school at 7pm tonight, 6/02/25, for a vigil in honor of Jack. You are invited to share stories and memories of Jack to celebrate his life prior to the vigil starting at 8pm. Parking will be available in the front of the building or in the east staff/student lot. We kindly ask for you to bring a candle or flashlight to the vigil. There will be supplies available on a first come, first serve basis.
With family permission, we are asking for prayers for our recent graduate, Landyn Thompson. Landyn was a passenger in the fatal accident with friend, Jackson Scott. Landyn was transported by care-flight and is in serious condition. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
It is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our recent Class of 2025 graduate, Jackson Scott. We extend our deepest condolences to Jackson's family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. As our Riverside community mourn this loss together, more information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

Cheer Clinics for JH and HS - Wednesday, May 28th - Friday, May 30th from 4:30-6:30 pm in the Riverside Auditeria. The clinics are mandatory.
On Saturday, May 31st, at 8:30 am, tryouts are for high school only.
Damien Smith & Preston Leatherman were chosen to win the Lo.Co. Career Launch Grant. Speaking at the ceremony: Rep. Tim Barhorst, Nick Davis from Sen. Bernie Moreno's office, Co. Commissioner Greg Fitzpatrick, MRESC Superintendent, & Ben Volrath. Each student received $1,000!!
Fourth grade enjoying their last day of the year watching the movie "Because of Winn-Dixie", after reading the book this year. We want to thank all the parents who brought in various items for their last day of school celebration and recreate the party in the book/movie. 🍿🎥🍪🥒
