Today SUMMER SCHOOL FUN included three stops: Ohio Caverns, the Urbana Airport, and the Freshwater Fish Farm outside of Urbana. Our 1st Grade Crew had a ball!! Great experiences, awesome tour guides, and lasting memories were made!! We PIRATES treasure these opportunities! ❤️🐠

Day 3 of SUMMER SCHOOL FUN! We reused the coffee filters from our water chromatography project to create beautiful butterflies. We observed changes to our salt water fossils, made yellow submarines, conducted an excavation for dinos, had a lost tooth, and celebrated a birthday!!

More SUMMER SCHOOL FUN with my 1st graders: Today we talked about recycling & used water jugs to create terrariums. We also started a water chromatography project & will continue it tomorrow as we recycle the filter and it emerges as something new. Can you guess what it will be?
