8th Grade Lady Pirates-42, Northridge-27. Madelyn Lemly had 16 points, Keira Manahan had 8 points and 15 rebounds, Miah Carman and Kenna Johnson each had 9 points. The 8th grade Lady Pirates are now 10-1 overall and 8-1 in the TRC.



7th Grade Lady Pirates: 42, Northridge-23. Kenzie Stotler scored 30 points and Clara McGill had 6 points. The 7th grade Lady Pirates are now 7-4 overall and 6-3 in the TRC.



The Riverside boys' bowling team competed in the Viking Classic at Miamisburg on Saturday. Twenty-one Division 1 & 2 teams competed. The Pirates were in 3rd place going into the Baker games. The team bowled games of 153, 188, 221, 221, 244, and 164 and won the tournament by a 1 single pin. Zander Crouch made the all-tournament team in 5th place, shooting an individual 592. Great Job!

RHS Senior Zander Crouch signed to bowl at Muskingum University on Friday. He will study animal science, bowl, and play baseball at Muskingum. Zander is pictured signing his letter of intent. Zander's bowling stats and accomplishments are attached. Congratulations Zander!

The High School Cheerleaders and the Pep Band did a great job with music and creating activities for the basketball players and Snowball Court at today's pep rally to get everyone hyped for the big game tonight! The game starts at 6:00, and the Snowball Court will be announced between the JV and Varsity game. The Snowball Dance will be held Saturday night from 7 to 9:30.

The Riverside bowling team competed in the Holiday Baker Classic at TP lanes on Tuesday. The girls finished 11th; The boys led through the whole day. They defeated Wapak, Indian Lake, and Washington Court House to win the championship! The team averaged a 201 for 16 baker games.


The Lady Pirates defeated Ridgemont 54-17. Emma Saylor had 16 points and 7 rebounds, Avery Perk had 12 points, Reaghan McDaniel scored 11 points; Ayva Stewart had 7 points and 5 assists, Jade Copas had 9 rebounds and 6 assists, Zoie Armbruster had 9 rebounds.

My 1st graders participated in a gift exchange. They drew names, wrote letters to their unknown friend about their likes, and exchanged gifts today. Prior to the exchange, we read Christmas Makes Me Think, discussed our gifts today were tokens of love, and wrote thank yous. ❤️💚
