The USDA program that allowed all students to receive free lunches during the pandemic expired at the end of the school year. For the 2022-2023 school year all families are asked at submit a free lunch application at either www.payschoolscentral.com or by requesting a paper copy from the school office to determine eligibility. If you submitted a paper application prior to July 1, 2022 you will need to reapply. Please contact Jason Bell, Operations Manger at jcbell@rlspirates.org with any questions.
The Riverside Lady Pirates hosted their annual youth camp for girls in grades 2-6. It was a great fun week of basketball for the 34 campers. A camp picture and list of award winners are attached.

LCSO Youth Academy Grades 5-8.
Logan County Sheriff Randall Dodds would like to invite students entering grades 5-8, during the 2022-2023 school year, to the “Logan County Sheriff’s Office Youth Academy”. This two day class will introduce students to operations of the Sheriff’s Office. Course content can include, but not limited to: Office of the Sheriff and history, divisions with-in the office, jail tour, law enforcement equipment, 911 center, crime scene investigations, and court procedures.
This class will take place at the Logan County Co Op on Tuesday. Wednesday will be at the Logan County Sheriffs Office.
